French Drains

These drain systems are commonly found in low areas where water tends to stand for extended periods of time after a rainstorm. French Drains are trenches that are lined with a filtration fabric and filled with perforated pipe and drainage stone to help redirect surface water and groundwater from a particular area. These may be used in open areas and even near building foundations to help mitigate damages caused from poor drainage. French drains are designed for grass to grow on top of them making them undetectable in your yard.

Trench and Channel Drains

The most common purpose for a channel drain is to move surface water runoff in a certain area that may cause flooding. This works great installed on pool decks, patios, shops, driveways, garage aprons, and more. They can be installed in many different sizes to fit your application.

Catch Basins

These are large grate style drains that are installed in low areas of the yard. They are great solutions for surface water runoff. Catch Basins are visible after installed and come in many sizes and inlet grate colors. These can also be installed in concrete or hardscape surfaces.

Underground Gutter Extensions

The first step in managing drainage on your property is by installing a system to handle the water that comes from the roof of your home. Since your home is most likely your largest investment, it is important to ensure water from your gutter downspouts is not accumulating near your foundation. We use PVC in our underground gutter extensions that will adapt to your downspout and contain the water in the piping until a discharge point a safe distance from your home.

Outdoor Sump Pump

When drainage problems present themselves in areas of the property that is limited in space, sometimes drain lines need more slope than the terrain allows for. If that is the case, installing an outdoor sump pump to lift the water and pump it to a discharge point is your best solution. This electric pump runs off of an automatic float system that will cycle the pump “on” whenever enough water has accumulated within its basin. The water will then be pumped out and the pump will cycle back “off” to conserve energy.
